Before requesting a certificate, check your institution's deadlines and whether it requires its own form or additional information. A Medigate certificate does not guarantee approval of a special consideration application.

Is there a minimum age to use Medigate?
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a request through this service.
Will a certificate guarantee an extension or special consideration?
No. Your institution decides whether your application meets its requirements. Check its deadline, required evidence and any institution-specific forms before requesting an assessment. Medigate does not submit the institution’s application for you.
What happens if my request is declined?
If your request is declined, you receive a full refund. You are welcome to make another request, which will be assessed on its own circumstances.
